This week, we're revisiting our iced pour over recipe for the summer ahead.
We don't have a very long summer season here in Copenhagen, however, once the sun begins to emerge from behind the clouds we always get requests for cold coffee recipes.
In this video we show you an iced pour over recipe ideal for those of you using our April Brewer or other similar flat bed brewers. We chose to use our SP Ecuador for this beverage as we wanted a slightly sweeter notes from the roast style and the natural processing.

91°C Water Temp
13g Coffee
85g of ice in your cup or vessel
- 00:00 - 30g Pour
- 00:35 - 100g Pour
Total Brew Time: 2:20
Add an additional 40g of ice
