Congratulations on being foster parents. I was in a foster home for two years and my foster parents were great. When my foster mother died many kids she took care of came to her funeral. They can really make a difference.

Congrats, I was a foster mom, after years of infertility and a failed attempt of IVF. We got our first placement just a few days after we were certification. He was only 2 days old, 2 and half years later we adopted him. We foster a few more kids. Enjoy your little one.

Congratulations on being a foster family! My husband and I were foster parents over 30 years ago we have had over 30 babies and one 4 year old come and live with us . People would often ask don't you get attached? Well yes and know you had to go into the program knowing you were just the next step to them getting to their forever home and that's how I had to look at it. We were with The Children's Home Society of NC. at the time there were a lot of babies right out of the hospital. I absolutely loved it. 😊💙💗

Congratulations 🎉!! That is so exciting and very happy for you both. I have a question regarding when you first started breeding…. Did you find that your vet was giving you a hard time when you decided that you would breed your dogs or were they supportive in your decision and that they would guide you in the journey? I only ask as I am looking to breed my cockapoos and my vet was very hostile to the idea.

@baileywilliams i breed basset hounds and i assist with birth like you do at home. Ive learned so much from you. but i have a question. how long do you leave the clamp on the umbilical cord? my last litter when momma would chew it they just kept bleeding they were fine but it concerned me on how long it was bleeding.

Question why don’t you let the momma do all the work? Is it better to help her break the sac and cut the umbilical cord? My dog is having puppies soon and I’m so nervous
