Im so sorry for your loss. You are both in my thoughts and prayers. 25 years ago my husband and I had tried for 10 years and finally found out that we were pregnant. I was 4 months pregnant and lost our baby boy. Three months later, I got pregnant again and had a girl. She is 24 years old and in medical school to be an OB/GYN. May God comfort your hearts and give you both peace.

Thank you for sharing your story with us. This happened to me with our second child. I found out when I was 20 weeks pregnant that my baby passed away at 16 weeks. It was the hardesr thing I have ever been through. This was 21 years ago. No one talked about it then and I did not how to grieve through this process. I did find a book through my local Christian Book Store about losing a child, and one of the suggestions it had for helping with the healing process after losing a child was, planting a tree or something in the garden that you can tend to and watch grow over the years. I did end up doing this. We planted a tree in our yard that we nutured and watched grow over the years. That tree stands tall and proud now 21 years later and is a beautiful reminder of our child that waits to welcome us into heaven. We have a bench under the tree and a cherub statue that we put there the day we planted the tree in our baby's honor. This process was huge in my healing journey.

My heart breaks for y'all. 💔 Losing a child at any stage in pregnancy is hard! I was 37wks along and went into labor and found out there was no heartbeat. I had to go through labor and delivery. She was my only child and although I will see her in Heaven it is still hard! Sharing does help with healing! Sending lots of hugs and prayers ❤🙏

I am sorry your going through this. I had a miscarriage back in 1998 and there were no answers, but I believe that God had a plan even if I didn't know what it was. I had more kids and they were very healthy and now 21 and 22 years. Just lean on each other and talk to family. I know that in Trace's families there has been some miscarriages. Praying for you as you go through this time of grief. I experienced a miscarriage with similar timing a little over 22 years ago. I feel it is so important that you are sharing this as it can help others as well. The hardest part for me was that everyone else seemed to not talk about it much after it happened. They didn’t realize how it affected me and that even the process took at least two weeks or more, and much longer for hormones to adjust and that was just the physical part. Surrounded yourself with loving friends and family who will let you talk when you need to. 🙏🏻

Miscarriage is often not talked about. I had a miscarriage almost 10 years ago and it was very scary. I had a healthy 2 year old at the time and it was shocking for us. I never knew how common it was until I started talking to others. I went on to have 2 more healthy pregnancies and babies after so please don’t lose hope for the future. I’m so sorry to hear the sad news of the passing of your sweet baby Angel. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. I’ve had 2 miscarriages myself and they were the hardest things I’ve ever gone through in my life. My first was my first baby at around 8 ish weeks and my body had no idea the baby had passed then my second miscarriage was in my second trimester with my third child. We were just getting ready to find out the gender of our sweet baby and again my body had no idea so both times I had to have a D & C. My dr was just as shocked as I was to find out the baby had passed away. It takes some time but you’ll find peace and yes when you get pregnant again you’ll go through all of the emotions, scared, nervous, but you can’t let fear overwhelm you and overtake the joy. You’ll never get over the loss of your sweet baby but you will be able to work to get past it and she’ll always have a special place in your hearts. 💕

Had a DNC. also had to take medication to put me into labor. And my story was almost like yours.
