Watched half the video Louis. The audio is too low. Clip the microphone to your shirt when talking instead of holding it. The volume needs to stay at a consistent volume. Your music is loud then talking is low

It’s very difficult to run here unless you wake up at 6am! Check out my Instagram - @louisarmstrong7 I actually just posted a running video from a run club I hosted this morning! I should have included it in this video!

Was there last week and training at Wrong Gym. I went running in Seminyak to another gym but pretty difficult when the footpath/sidewalk is uneven, has holes and doubles as a motorbike lane. I was constantly dodging mopeds/scooters, most people probably thought I was nuts running anyway

Affiliate marketing, the creator Club Instagram... He has so many ways how he can make money and I think he has so much more way to grow because in my opinion lui can make marketing for so many products because he's not just the boring gym guy

Influencers/content creator etc. use social media as their way to build their brand(us viewers) we then buy or use links of said influencers/content creator. Views are used to get sponsors. You could have 10k subs and if your subs are active using your link or buying products better than someone with 500k sub but their viewers don't use links etc to help the creator. Hope that helps.

Not even till 2/3pm every day isn’t gonna give u energy 😅 that would make me weak as , I eat most days between 9 and 10 that then about 1.30 and again dinner about 6 and that be me , I think eating nothing till so late will make u weak , breakfast is really important
