I am so happy for you guys. We have our own land and stables at home, about the same acreage. We are on wet land and I cannot advocate strongly enough for you to put down all weather surface on that area at the back so if the land is too wet to turn out on the ponies can go out, as well as being a dieting area for ponies who are weight watching. Also land drains will make all the difference to the drainage in the field and is worth EVERY PENNY you spend on it. We have found a surface of hoggin with pea gravel and sand on top is cheap and very very effective as an all weather turn out. Work out which is the wettest field and use that one in summer and rest the wet one in winter. I haven't been able to use our fields since the cold spell in Jan but horses very happy as can mooch every day in a little herd on the surfaced turn out. Have a think about installing a track system too.

Love the new house. You are so lucky how established the garden is, there are lots of lovely things to keep that aren't too high maintenance. It's going to take a lot of work but it's going to all look great once you have put your stamp on it.

The hedges and the bushes are amazing. I love to have a very large sitting rock put in for photography. Gotta pick the right rock tho!

I am so happy for all Harlow and the white family’s ( ur family ) house,ponies and all the things y’all get to do! Also I bet Harlow will be with popcorn,panda,Rio and cloudy all the time! If I lived there I would be with ,y leasing pony the whole time! Edit : you r so living through my dream, I can just image how great it feels to wake up on a Saturday, get dressed and go out and see ur ponies, to ride and do it all over again the next day / weekend and I think she couldn’t wait for summer to do it every day.

What a wonderful property! I'm so happy for all of you and the ponies.

You will love having them at home! I had mine at home for 20 years and it was amazing. They are boarded now, and while it's nice to have gotten my life back LOL, I miss seeing them all the time so much!

Thank you, Chelsea, for showing us your new home. The layout of the house is so neat and so spacious. Your plans for the new stables (Harlow is so excited about them), and the paddocks sounds wonderful. Lots to do, and so many people coming to remodel, but take it one day at a time and don't stress out too much about it. All will get done as planned in due time.
