@@DoctorMikeDiamonds It was fun and challenging at the same time. The last portion is a steep vertical climb, but I did it. I am definitely not an experienced climber. When you reach the top, you feel like you are floating in the clouds of Tabletop Mountain. We reached the top just at sunset, and it was one of those beautiful moments that you just can’t forget. If you do it, I’m sure everyone would love to see it.

Mike, what I love about you the most, other than your great knowledge and inspiring workout journey, is that you are what I call, " Professionally Cool " ..such a classy guy, just makes people nod their head like we see you , we feel you. curious to see the nutritional side of the vids to come. As south africans, its always difficult to keep up with what you see from your favourites fitness youtubers as they are most from over seas. Also, this video was a nice change. show us more of cape town mate ✌️

I'm born and raised in the United States I love the USA and always will but living here is overrated. Ghana is on my list of 4 places I'm looking to move to next year. I want my money to work for me more, and I want more relaxing and peaceful locations in my life which are not far from my front door. Enjoy the new place it's cool.
