Question : At 3:39 minutes , we can see a book on the table : Piet Boon III Born in the Zaanstreek, near Amsterdam, designer Piet Boon (1958) owes his love for craftsmanship and natural materials, as well as inspiration, to the traditionally creative and entrepreneurial spirit of the Zaanstreek region and family upbringing. Wow, This is incredible and different. There are a lot of details in this house that I have never seen before so this home tour is very different. I love the amount of detailed interior in this home. Very amazing and incredible experience. Thanks for visiting this house.❤

Enes you've made my day.....and probably a few more to come. I lived in Cape Town for 23 years, 12 in Sea Point and 11 in Table View. It pains me that I do not live there anymore but in the 21 years since we left we have been back on holiday more times then we could ever afford the other way around. Income and stability dictate living in exile but I am really pleased to tour South African properties with you and Mikey. Sincere thanks.

Masterful tour as always guys, not one of my favourite properties but there are quite a few golden nuggets I love about this home. I appreciate the private balcony, the comfy bubble furniture as well as the stunning views, the bathrooms looks like where I'd spend most of my time lol. I know it is called the White House but the yellow was a pleasant and welcomed surprise and the layout of the home in my opinion seems to maximise privacy I like that. I do like how they added the black to balance the white and natural light that would occupy the house with using so much white. I can imagine the play on light and dark at different times of the day while minimising heat annnnd creating dimension....., simple yet effective! well thought out. SOUTH AFRICA IS STUNNING, I am blown away, it wasn't on my list of places to go but it definitely Is now. Thank you for this exposure !

I am proud to say that I happen to have done some joinery work for Stefan Antoni architects SAOTA a few years back.They are also famous for having designed some beautiful mansions all over the world as well. Stefan Antoni is a very humble modest guy and deserves a liitle bit more credit for this stunningly beautiful design. Thank you Enes. We are also very proud of this beautiful country of ours, especially CapeTown. This fantastic video of yours makes our Mother City, Cape Town look even more beautiful than it already is.

I love all the different aspects of the interior of the house and the color changes throughout. However, I couldn't spend much time outside because all that white normally gives me extreme headaches

Just a small side note: the value of this property when converted to the dollar is rather misleading due to how weak the rand is vs the dollar, based on 'real value' it would be at least $27 000 000... Great tour as always Enes!

This was either designed by someone from Michigan or inspired by someone that went to Michigan. Roche Bobois furniture and that staircase is one of DesRosiers signature pieces. I have been to several homes with those staircases, seen one with green glass that was incredible.
