I love the fact that the Torah portion for the week that you got the news is Lech Lecha - "Go Forth". And the portion for your actual mikveh day is Vayera - "And He appeared". You are truly going forth from your former life, and you will relate to the Divine as a Jew soon - you will "appear" to Hashem as Jews, and Hashem will "appear" to you (metaphorically) in the same fashion as to any other Jewish person. The symbolism of this will make me smile all day - congratulations!
