S197s are great and will be remembered as one of the best mustangs. I started watching your channel after I had bought my first s197 about 7 years ago. I was just like you, I had a 00 GT but it was 5.4 swapped. My dream was an 03/04 cobra but was able to go past that because i loved the s197 5oh and just made better sense for the money. After my 2013, I got into a brand new Kona blue premium 401a pp1 2019 gt. I ended up selling that and went back to an s197 but a 2011. I ended up selling that after 6 months and got into a brand new ss 1le Camaro which was amazing, had that for a bit and now in a scat pack charger Daytona 392. Next is prob a dark horse! The come up on your channel has been great, I started watching your channel because I could relate to you. Both started with a new edge and got up all the way to an s550, never thought I’d be able to do it! Keep it up pal!

So I have a 86 power ram. It’s a 318 SB mopar. It’s a auto, 4x4 , no locking hubs , mud truck is the theme , a little rough. But what to expect from a 37 year old truck…I’ve always loved mustangs , my father has a 70 stang parked next too my truck on the farm..their both projects , his ran when parked … In 2013..my truck was my daily until a few weeks ago when I got a little 4 banger beater ..ima get too the point….I love mustangs and I love your channel and I feel your the best man too take advice from. What would be the best mustang too get? I don’t want too one up my dad and I know my 21 year old self Couldn’t afford any stang from the fox body down…but I love all the new mustangs , even the new s550s and the latest gen too. I personally would like the fox body ( any condition as long as I could build it or it was already running ) or the 4th gen and the early body style of the fifth gens. In your option. What would be a great first starter stang? And why..and the best way to go about it besides winning the lottery haha

The extra time, money, effort, and attention to detail on the engine bay was worth it. If you could go back and paint the timing cover gloss black and if there was a way to smooth and paint the cam covers, it would be over the top!

I just got a 2006 mustang gt convertible that is dark blue and black and while it's automatic I'm not picky about that it's been a dream for me to own a mustang since I was a kid and I'm 41 so I'm very happy with it. I know that a lot of people hate on automatics but I'm not looking to race it I just wanted something that I could drive as a daily driver and has reliability and fast and fun.
