Nearly a year ago our friend Jordan sold his 2014 Mustang GT S197 in the pursue of a different model of car. It's safe to say, this new Boss 302 S197 Mustang he recently purchased was an absolute home run! Our S197 Mustangs make a major comeback and I can't wait to get these back out!

The stock BOSS 302 wheels are made to resemble the old mini light wheels on the original BOSS 302 race cars from the late 60’s I like them

The 2013-2014 mustang is by far the best mustang ever made I’m a die hard S197 fan love ‘em my first 2 mustangs were 2014’s from my 5.0 to my GT500 I now have the new GT500 but my heart will always be with the S197’s one day I’ll get another one

Take a look at the wheels on the '69 & '70 Boss 302 Trans-Am race cars, then you'll understand why Ford designed the stock '12 & '13 Boss 302 wheels the way they did :)

I've been wanting to buy my 1st Mustang for a long time now. Since seeing the S550 released at the end of the Need for Speed movie, I was hooked and wanted a s550. But as I get closer to put myself in the market to buy, I'm definitely leaning towards a 13/14 GT or Boss 302! Your latest S197 content is making me fall more and more in love with S197s!

Love this kind of content Darek! Would be honored to drive or own any one of these cars but i have to go with Joel and his Caly Special. I have always wanted one and this past year my dream came true. Was a huge fan of the 68 gt/cs growing up and the story of why these cars were built. I believe the next Caly Special was redone in 2007 (please correct if i'm wrong) and once again i really loved that look. I enjoy watching and keeping up with you and all your friends and i love the ride alongs man.👍Joel has a bad a$$ California Special! JOEL SAID S&M !!!!!🤣😂🤣

I would have to go with the whipple if it was a regular 5.0 but if I bought a Boss then I would probably go paxton to be able to keep the Boss manifold and such

Think the boss would look stellar on some 13-14 gt500 wheels. They're factory forged. Staggered too. Buddy grabbed some for his 2006 and scored them for 400 bones.

Out of the S197s in the lineup, I'd choose Blucifer cause it's a standard GT. Plus I do like Blucifers wheels.

I turned my struts 180 degrees to give more positive camber. I know quite a few that have done it and it works with now excessive tire wear or anything. I want a 2nd gen S197 with the 1st gen 5.0 but, they are hard to find here. Id build it like the boss with all forged internals. See what centrifugal i put on it. Ill ask you when the time comes.

Since I first started watching your channel a couple years ago. I've always loved electra that's my favorite color, Love the California special cause of the interior. Then of course it's got a whipple. But I am feeling that Polish Paxton and color match Paxton. Not gonna lie. I do love the air sound On the Paxton.

If ur driving city A LOT on bluecifer u may not even need 600-700 miles usually break in period is rated by like amount of times u engage the clutch but I'd still wait for sure

Electra's new Wheels are 🔥🔥 and yes, the Boss needs different wheels. We own 2 s197's and 1 s550. IMO, the s197 is the best Mustang, especially the '13/'14. 💙 the s197 content 💙

S550’s make a better daily driver being a smoother car, but S197’s have a more old school feel. I drive both weekly and the S197 feels more “Mustang”

I went from a 2011 GT to a 2016 GT. I want my 2011 back honestly. If you're into driving hard, drifting, or racing, the S197 puts power down better (doesn't wheel hop, squat, squirm and deflect all over the place). The S550 handles better but the S197 handles good enough for me, especially if it's a Boss.

Very nice cars! What were your coolant temps with no A/C? I don't have an S197 (I"m an 03 Cobra), but I do have a front mount. In Texas heat with a 170 themo and just cruising i'll see around 185-188 (with no AC on). If I turn on the AC, temps go up about 5-7 degrees.

***Question? What will you be driving this winter when roads are little salt covered etc? Same for rest of your boys that don’t have a daily or truck alternative ?
