My husband, who has always been a loving and supporting partner, has recently been experiencing anxiety and stress as we go through the Divine masculine awakening I guess you could say. It’s affecting his health. I’ve been supporting him and saving space for him to work thru this time. I’m glad it’s over!

to avoid getting into other peoples' energy (I am very prone myself too) is to go into a state of watching/regarding without judgement when they get started. this way, you give room for them to let go of their load but you don't get any of it yourself yet don't carry it any further

Forgiving doesn't mean we condone or forget. Doesn't mean you have to let them back in your life ever. You can love from a distance. Holding that energy makes us bitter eventually. Ask our Father for help with letting that go. It's very freeing. You don't have to ever do it face to face. It's between you and our Father. Sending love ❤️

Good advice given here, combine them and add breath work and meditation, I left a toxic husband a few months ago because nothing was changing with him but plenty changed with me...took me decades but I finally let him go and it's been the best decision I made for myself and for him, now I'm able to forgive him and myself.❤‍🩹

Don't give it energy. Forgiving is for yourself, so you no longer carry the feeling of betrayal. Just be the example they will want to be like.
