I knew this step was going to be the most challenging mostly because I don’t have really anything to just lift the pop up and set it on the trailer so I had to get creative which you will see in this video!!

how wide is that going to be? that tounge on that trailer looks pretty weak with all those holes cut in it. tounge is gonna have a lot of flex. u dont wanna loose everything going down road. be cheaper to buy correct trailer

The popup is gonna be 96” wide which is just under legal width for Michigan law, that tongue is plenty strong, it’s 4” boxed steel, and the frame is plenty strong, especially after I welded the support bars in for the wood decking. It handled a 14 hour round trip to Indiana like champ
