Turin, as a former gymnast I feel your pain when doing the ice bath. At my gym it was a weekly occurrence to do an ice bath, I always hated doing it. So I was very impressed when you did it!

Organic fragrance free detergent better because when a person wears the washed clothes or sheets, etc. They breath in artificial chemicals in the fragrances. They don't completely rinse out and leave chemical residue.

When I first heard that motorcycle engine I thought it was Turin's teeth chattering. Then I realized it was a motorcycle engine. Ava is a brave one getting into the ice bath
