Just another day in the oilfields. Trucking from Edmonton to Cristina Lake in Wood Buffalo. Hauled 49,000 litres of Jetfuel for the Aerodrome! It’s been a while since I went off road and it was fun!

Nice. But instead of the looped music playing when ur driving just let the sound of the truck engine go.

Thanks and Noted the video was too long when I went off road so I decided to just speed it up and put music but yeah I agree

Good video of alberta roads. Like this in 80’s, except we drove cars at first, than two wheel drive trucks, than the 4x4 truck to rig location. Muddy in April, somehow we never got stuck on the slime roads. I remember a guy driving and old VW bug, literally floated on top of the mud. Alberta Gumbo destroys vehicles. Our rigs burned 16,000 litres/day. Diesel was $0.20/litre. Bulk fuel trucks coming steady…..cheers.

what speed do you average when you're driving off road?
@DRodTrucking
@DRodTrucking Ай бұрын
I would say maybe average 20kph. With the road like that with those deep ruts you dont wanna go too fast or too slow I wasnt even checking my speed I was just focusing on the road and feeling it so I can’t even remember a set speed I was going at. But when it’s dry and hard then you can go 60 to 80 or whatever speed limit they have there
