Now that she played it in piano, it gives a lot of emotions to the song. It became more meaningful and painful at the same time. You can feel how heavy the song is.

The number one feeling I felt in the whole relationship was anxiety. Because it felt very fragile, it felt very tentative. And it always felt like, 'Okay, what's the next road block? What's the next thing that's gonna deter this? How long do we have before this turns into just an awful mess and we break up? Is it a month? Is it three days? And so, you know, I think a lot of relationships can be very solid and that's kind of what you hope for, for it to be solid and healthy but that's not always what you get. And it doesn't mean that it's not special and extraordinary just to have a relationship that's fragile and somehow meaningful in that fragility.

The repetition of the lyrics representing her anxiety is just so powerful and this version is so much meaningful for me cause anxiety has been devouring me for the last two years so it’s just so idk ✨✨✨

what she described this relationship I knew exactly what she was talking about I was in a relationship the same way and sometimes I just wanted to jump out of my own skin thinking what's going to happen the next day the next moment you're never really comfortable in a relationship like that it's really not a good feeling at all. I'm glad I got out of that relationship because it was like a weight has been lifted off my chest and I wonder if that's how she felt

This song, specifically this performance, got me through my worst break up. I had to move back home and to get away I would drive. This was always the first song I played once I got on a good back road before Apple music and spotify. It was this performance coming through my car.

I know everyone rightfully adores Taylor’s lyrics, storytelling and voice but I’m just making an appreciation comment about her beautiful musical skills with her piano and guitar. You can tell it’s just so effortless and that she has a natural understanding of instruments/music

I honestly cannot get over how this woman can take an already perfect song and strip it back to its most basic version, just her and her piano, and somehow make it even more perfect.

I'm not supposed to like this. I'm into metal. prog. triphop. grunge. jazz. fusion. Taylor is different. She might be the only famous person I like. Any stripped-down, solo performance by TS is remarkable. I think the haters need to know who she really is
