Awesome footage, can't get enough of these old superliners! Thankyou for the upload. Bruce Honeywill makes great trucking docos I bought the 5 road train series tapes Bruce put out on vhs years ago in Perth, got them out and watched them the other day with a mate while we were reminiscing our days of driving awesome old western star 4900 and 6964 and kenworth C501 Brute trucks for Gulf Transport carting gold ore in triple side tippers all fitted with KTA 19 Cummins 600hp and air starts. Absolute weapons! Good memories! Shame, the trucks just aren't the same now.

was a fitter with Cummins, most of my work was on the 855 engines, the 1710,s not many 19 litre engines on the NSW coast in my day, 1972--74 cummins Newcastle, When i came back to Aus in 2000, I thought i would buy a truck, but the police here are not so nice, so I passed, like the Scania and theMerc with hub reduction.

4:04 ... a Ringfeder- Bolt coupling, nice to see. It looks as if the tractors have outer planetary drive ... very interesting. I like those road trains, especially the Mack R-Model and Super Liner . Greetings from south Germany

6:45 disgusting behaviour. Hope this guy was fired.

More animal than the sheep themselves. There are no feelings, only money.

You are right . Nobody can argue with you. Sadly if you fired everyone that did that half your workforce would be gone.. peer pressure, education and a strong word from the boss.. is how to stomp on this behaviour..

How else do you move sheep long distance when there no longer profitable? would you rather they starve ? Its a waist of time explaining comon sense to people like you, why make comments in things you know nothing about. Go and load 4 decks see how you feel, then try 12 and drive for 18 hours then unload them going without a break for the welfare of the animals to keep them alive. again what else would you suggest we do? Give up and go and join the bread line ?
