Matt and Lia from Barnacle Foods invited us out to a remote cabin on an island in Alaska!
I highly recommend checking out barnacle foods and getting some kelp goodies! My favorites; kelp Serrano hot sauce, kelp salsa, canned octopus, Kelp pickles, furikake, and the spruce jam is great too!

I had a piece of my small intestine removed so I couldn’t eat for 2 weeks straight in the hospital, only IV fluids for 2 weeks.
