Episode 2 of the Outdoor Gold Colorado Shred 2020 takes us to the San Juan Mountain near Silverton, CO. Climbing Vermillion Peak, a Centennial 13er, from Ice Lake had been on my radar for a long time, but I had been hesitant to pull the trigger. Some pictures on my friend Erick's Facebook page finally drove me to take action and get the climb done. No! This is not mountain biking video, but a fulfillment of a promise I made to branch into a variety of other outdoor content.

Your MTB videos are great, but this is top notch ! There are so many hidden gems in the San Juans and the alpine lakes are definitely worth it. Awesome video as always.

The San Juans are the most beautiful part of CO I've seen. Really amazing view from the scree field on the saddle, and the peak, wow! Really enjoyed this one, great 3rd person shots!

Amazing view from the top , its a bit wild that the biggest mountain in the UK is less than 4000 ft. Great videos RC 👍

Your videos are always stellar, but this one was really good with such beautiful scenery. The GoPro made some of that look really steep...so it must have been worse than it looked. We attempted to do Ice Lake a few years ago but the rain and hail said no.... and we had rain jackets! Thanks for the video.
