I disagree, I think JJ and kie will 100% stay together and be one of the main characters again . I think what we all want is more of the group dynamics between the pouges , the characters are one, if not the MOST important and more intriguing part of the show so I hope we get more dynamics between the whole group.

I want more sarah x kie duo, more of kiara and popes family building , and some scenes of what happened inbetween that 18 month time lapse bc they skipped over that as if it was nothing-

The story line was risky having a transition from island life to finding a lost city is a long shot , but it worked beautifully, no one really sat back high stakes at every turn and wards character arc ending by sacrificing himself for his daughter and putting his selfishness aside is real growth , the addition on Singh was amazing too a villain doesn’t always need a super sob story to be great it is good at times to have characters u can dislike

I loved this season . Maybe it was just me 🤷🏾‍♀️. It was engaging asf

To be honest, i dont think Sarah and John B will break up, not after Big johns last words about Sarah, and the bond they'll share now with both their dads deaths. if anything i think their relationship will grow stronger with the grief. However, I can see someone dying in the 4th season, it's about time, so much danger yet no main character death.

Amazing season, but sadly they made a Stranger Things Classic. At the most hyped season decides to skip the aftermath where insanely important conversations and reactions are being missed. I would do anything to see the different families reactions when they got home, how they spent the gold and to see Barracuda Mike getting his share after helping JJ.

This show kept me sane in Covid times, now 16 months from wrapping up university. kinda like how 13 reasons why got me through high school, this will see my through uni :)

I watched season 3 for a second time. I missed a lot of small details. Truly amazing!

I do have a critique with the 18 months transition . I wish it was like 1 h 20 / 40 minute finale so the knots could get a few things tied up that looked awkward that they probably won’t cover in 4 . Just something to allude to the repercussions of Kie leaving camp and JJ stealing and breaking her out . John B getting out of his assault charge. A cliff hanger where a Pogue finds evidence of Toppers arson . Then cut to Pope in a scholarship event for his report on El Dorado and then they find out about the story of Black Beard that way. They probably will touch on this but over a year later was too much of a jump for some of the storylines they had running

I agree but I doubt Jj and Kie will go back to being just friends and if they do they’ll probably end up back together. Jiara is the biggest ship in the show so I don’t think they’d get rid of it after a 2 season build up

I think the Jiara drama for season 4 will come in the form of JJs dad coming to “claim what he’s owed for raising his son” now that jj is rich. I think Luke will push JJ away from Kiara by making him think she can’t love a deadbeat like him. And jj will also confront Kie’s father near the end. Rage could complicate their relationship also. 🤷‍♀️ I think all their drama will work out by the end of season 4.

Do you like the season was to jumpy and everyone kept splitting up. Personally, season two was my favourite because they would all be in the same town running away and the chaos would meet up in the middle and they find each other I feel like this season everyone got pulled different ways and there was too many plots going on at once that just seems so crazy for them. I didn’t really like this season and I hate the fact that they skipped 18 months into the future. I wish they would’ve showed more of JJ and kie especially after they kissed they’re my favourite ship and I didn’t get to see what happened in those 18 months. The show was starting to feel like a treasure hunt show instead of best friend adventures I feel like they really lost the dynamic of the Pogue life in the season

Crazy to think that if the first episode of season 1 took place in April of 2020 that would mean that they found El Dorado in like July of 2020

I was hoping that Big John and Ward would have lived and Ward would have shared the gold and went back to Guadeloupe and Big John would have lived out the rest of his life doing what he wanted and the Pogues still could have gotten recognition for their finds and still could be treasure hunters for this guy, the ending could have been more about reconciliation, forgiveness, rebuilding of trust, and peace...

I disagree with JJ and Kei splitting up. They have the most chemistry out of all the couples so far. I’d be happy to see Cleo and pope go through a rough patch, but not essentially break up. it would be cool to see Cleo get a little soft and see what happens and realizes she’s messing up her game but I also like to see Poppy considering he didn’t really have a good season during the second one.

Here is my thoughts. Sarah and John B have a baby, and have to deciede if treasure hunting worth it. JJ dies saving the team of friends. This will most likely be last season. Plus JJ would be great in Fantastic 4 reboot as the flaming tourch.

It took me quite a long time to end up watching this show, I judged it by just the thumbnail or looks before even giving it a try I thought it would be a cheap boring show and after watching it I couldn’t stop and it ended up being my favorite show probably out of anything else I’ve seen. Idk what it is about this show I think it’s the constant thrill, mystery, treasure hunting, going on and the actors and actresses are perfect for their roles. I cannot wait for season 4! Might even watch all 3 seasons again before it releases

With the cave collapsing, how did they get back into El Dorado to retrieve the gold and convince Kildare they had found it? 2. Has the Pogues vs. Kooks dynamic changed in anyway? 3. After finding the City of Gold how "full kook" did the teens go? Houses, cars bought a island an called it Poguelandia? 4. Could JJ be related to Blackbeard? 5. Are JJ and Kiara still together and IF so, what are her parents status w/ JJ? 6. Was Topper ever arrested for burning down John B's house and how big of a role will have in the season 4 plotline? 7. Could Denmark Tanny be a piece of the puzzle in finding Blackbeard's treasures? 8. With Ward & Big John gone for good, will any of the mothers including JJ's, be introduced and IF so, will they have play a part in the Pogues' quest for Blackbeard's treasure? 9. As the group set their sites on a treasure-hunting journey, will more be happening in Kildare or on location; Caribbean Islands possibly? 10. What type of impact will Ward's death have on the show? Revenge on Sarah+ John B etc.? 11. Will Rafe be the main villain or could a new character play lead antagonist? 12.. And...Will John B and Sarah finally get officially married?

*SPOILERS*** I think im excited for future seasons to do new things and lean 100% into the treasure hunting. I've always wanted this show to lean more uncharted vibes and im excited to maybe see a season 4 and beyond with them as full blown treasure hunters with rafe and his shady business following them around maybe trying to steal their loot and to avenge ward's death (thinking john b & co killed him). While it would be weird to have the outerbanks leave the outerbanks i think this season showed me that the back and forth drama of the island setting is getting old imo.

can everyone just like spam obx’s insta comments saying we want what happened in the 18 month time jump next season😭. anyways ive heard a rumor that they start filming the beginning of may and they’ll be in south carolina until the end of this year seasons 1 and 2 were so great, but this season treasure-hunt wise was just boring. singh was an incompetent villain and he was super irrelevant. he only conveniently showed up wherever the pogues were. ward, the main villain, is now dead. big john came back just to die before he could use the treasure, and even though i wanted him gone again, his return was pointless. there was so much big john this season, which ruined the pogue dynamic. they never went out on the marsh and they were hardly in the obx, just to name a few. without john b, the group just kind of split apart. they never worked as a collective whole, they just came together at the end. it was super rushed and forced this season, and they changed the things that make people love this show so much. it was too much treasure hunting and not enough p4L. I just think el dorado was something too big for this group. denmark’s gold and the cross i adored, but this was so unrealistic. i know that none of this treasure stuff is likely to happen irl, but how real is it that theres a lost city of gold that you have to use a statue to find. it was too cliche

Of course they will go after the treasure. Like that is the dumbest "prediction" ever. All the pouges are kooks now with lots of money. Rafe and Barry are rich after selling the gold, so he doesn't need Sarahs money. Most character arcs have played out so there must be a catalyst to get some drama going, like a death or secret revealed. All the poges plus Rafe and Topper have signed on for season 4.
