Also in case you were wondering, my check was right around $1800 but they didn't take out state or federal taxes. I did nothing but stand around and eat free food, was boring and I probably won't even be on the show at all. From being on set I got zero idea of what the season will be like.

Like both, but this feels closer to Lost as a bunch of cool ideas, hidden character motivations, and disorienting events. Dark had a map planned for all 3 seasons. Perhaps OR also has its Gordian knot planned out, I'm excited to find out.

Every once in a blue moon....or black hole...a series comes along that makes everyone who watches it say, "Wow!" under their breath a hundred times. This is one of those. Great writing, acting, directing, sets, feel, just the right amount of quirkiness, perfectly placed odd soundtrack choices - it's got it all.

Ending of Peripheral unironically ruined it. They tried to pull two big twists. When normally shows can barely pull off one. The first one worked spectacularly. The second one killed all potential it had.

The original trailer, with THAT monologue/prayer, blew me away cos of brolins' acting, and the whole season was f'ing incredible. One of the most unique and utterly brilliant bits of TV this century. Yeah, it's that good.

Season 1 was so good!! I hope they don't go down the path of previous shows that had a killer premise, and amazing first season, but once they realized the had a hit on their hands struggled with guessing how many more seasons they had to write for, and still be compelling while also extending the story. (Lost, Heroes, The Others, etc) - But can't wait!!

This seems to be inspired by a particular guest on Art Bell's radio show "Coast to Coast." This guest was named Mel and he swore up and down that there was a hole on his property that did all kinds of fantastic things! The government was doing all they could to keep the hole for themselves. There seems to be so many similarities in this show!
