Hi Liesl! So good to see you back! I thought maybe you were on vacation. I’m so sorry to hear that you had trouble with your account. That must have been frustrating. Hugs! 💕😊 And, wow, what gorgeous foxgloves. You always offer such beautiful botanicals and you always explain so well what you’re doing! It’s always such a joy to watch you paint! I think you’ve been very generous offering your sketches for free and the $0.85 is also quite generous as well! I was wondering if your Hooker's green is the dark shade of hooker's green. Mine is much lighter in value. Again - so good to see you! Oh and also I so appreciate hearing how you paint. I struggle with some health issues and it can be painful to paint at times. To hear how you paint throughout the day is so encouraging!

It has been a pretty rough couple of weeks, but luckily everything worked out ok in the end.😊 It sure is good to be back sharing what I love to do! 🎉 The Hookers Green value may vary slightly depending on brands…I am using M. Graham & Co. Hookers Green. If you feel like you need to darken yours a little you can try mixing in a little black.☺️ I’m sorry to hear about your health struggles and that it can be painful to paint at times, that must be difficult.😕 (I’m sure the pain makes many things hard, not just painting!) Can you go over all the colors you use and have in this large meeden palette?

I’m glad for your question! I should probably make up a list of these colors to share with people sometime. But I can definitely share them with you now! 😊 These are the colors in this particular palette and my most frequently used, go-to colors, (but on occasion I throw in a few different ones.) Azo Yellow, Gamboge, Sap Green, Hookers Green, Phthalocyanine Green, (aka Phthalo Green) Cobalt Blue, Phthalocyanine Blue (aka Phthalo Blue), Ultramarine Blue, Cobalt Violet, Dioxazine Purple, Alizarin Crimson, Quinacridone Rose, Cadmium Red, Cadmium Orange, Raw Sienna, Burnt Umber, Ivory Black, (and though not in the palette at the moment I often use Paynes Gray.)
