Companies been doing this to creators. It happens all the time especially in the Amazon Influencer community I’m apart of. You gotta get paid up front and or have your own contract agreement. But I been told you the natural hair content is where you shine. That’s how I first found you years ago. 💜

@@MonaB No it’s not right but they do it all the time and keep doing it. Yes you’re bringing awareness and that’s good but they not stupid! they could’ve just paid you and work with you but big cooperations are cheap. But cheap when and where they wanna be. They use and abuse creators for the bar minimum. It’s sad but yes they do it all the time and it’s not right. It happens to me too. sorry🥺. I’m so sorry you went through that, they were wrong. I feel the same way you do I don’t get credit for braid styles , I created back in 1990 before social media was a thing and people are still doing these styles to this day. I have taught braiders in my area how to braid and they are now success and will not give me my props. I was the first person to create the braids in the ball cap and hate like hell , I didn’t get it Patton. So don’t worry, god got you and there will be bigger and better things to come for you…

You doing natural hair styles is the reason why i love my 4c hair even more than I did back then because of the styles, showing how versatile our hair is and speaking positively on 4c hair as well.
