The thing you can see in the video is their game integration which they not only offer for League but also for Valorant, Fortnite, Pubg, Destiny 2, Rainbow6Siege, Dbd and many more. I use it myself and it's pretty cool and easy to set up, the game integration feature is locked behind a pro version but you can test it out for a week for free and they offer many other cool effects for free from their library or the community tab.

They're never going to add legendary Queue to PC as a part of the normal Queue because as Riot August said during one of his streams, there is an alarming about of players that only play Ranked and this would just alienate them

Not only that But also the legendary queue prevents people to double / triple/ full stack queue.

Legendary queue is not what you explain it’s a secondary ranked mode that’s already out whit a different ranking system you can access it only if you are Diamond or above and you can only play solo queue in it( because yes, you can duo/trio/5 stack in master in wild rift) they are adding the mastery feature because there a lot of people that aren’t taking it for what it is, an hyper competitive place to match against the best.

Don't forget the fact that we can't play draft pick from 3 am to 11 am
