I built a 4 by 8 foot workshop bench. Two layers of 3/4 plywood. Painted to resist oil sinking in. Bolted 4 four by fours for legs. You could hammer or set a house on it. And have 3/8 bolts with wing nuts holding a vice. So i can remove the vice for room or if i need to take the vice on a vacation ..

You can still buy those steering shaft bearings. They come in several sizes. Search for "go kart steering shaft spherical bearing" some call it a uniball bearing. To see how it goes together this video is fairly good, "HOW TO: Remove The Steering Shaft Bearing on Your Go Kart - POWER REPUBLIC". Some carts have a clip at the top and a flange at the bottom, some carts are the reverse, and some carts had a flanged bearing. Your cart should have just the plain bearing without the flange built into the bearing. The conical washers might be possible to be replaced with regular spacers if the steering column is aligned close enough to the lower bearing to not pivot enough to require the conical spacer.

Comet Karts or Acceleration Karting has tons of parts. Those steering column parts are typical of many kart chassis. Most use a spherical bearing. Your tie rods are on wrong, on the steering column side, they are supposed to be in double shear in between the gussets not just bolted to one of them, which is weak and sort of dangerous.

Grab your calipers and measure the shaft diameter as well as the housing. Get ahold of Kaman Or Motion Industries and explain to them what your up to, they should be able to help. Also, from the days of racing Emmick Chassis (unfortunately no longer 😔) shifter carts that “snap ring” is actually a Spiro Lock. I would bet you’re familiar as they are mainly used as wrist pin retainers on pistons, but were also used in this application. I changed them all the time because they would wear. They come in various sizes and they should have that as well. If not, they are widely available from an engine parts warehouse....JE Pistons, Carillo, Mahle, etc (I get mine from Steve Morris Engines). You may even have a branch location of one of those two companies near you, they are all over. Happy hunting.
