After only 2 years of cycling, Business Analyst Kajsa Tylen decided to spend 365 days on a bicycle, in a successful attempt to set a new Guinness World Record for the Furthest Distance Cycled in a Year by a woman. She clocked up 52,025 km (32,326 miles) in those 365 days, and battled injuries as well as the weather to achieve her goal. In order to inject a sense of adventure she decided to cycle to her birth-country of Sweden during the summer and spend some time seeing the country, and even rode through the midnight sun in the northern parts.
In her own words: "Set yourself a goal and grow into the person who achieves it, whatever it takes"

One of my favorite quotes from a book: “Life before death, strength before weakness, JOURNEY BEFORE DESTINATION” This changed my thought process since the second I read it. It could take a lifetime to fully put these ideals into practice, but it’s never too late to start.

Absolutely agree with Peter. One can simply start with a meditation. Not a long ones, just 5 - 10 minutes. And walking if possible, if not, just breathe and meditate. Best wishes!

Install the app Calm in your phone, and do meditation, it's always a good start since it's so easy to do, much of the laziness, is mostly mental, and sometimes it's actually tiredness.

I don't she is trying to "motivate" us. she's trying to share a lesson that she's learnt and that is being lazy doesn't make you a bad person, but the action taking that laziness affects is what makes you exist in the place you are right now. of you're a father you need to let go of laziness to make your children proud, if you're a student force yourself on that desk and study. focus. be serious about it and don't let your weak human nature have control over your actions. basically try to turn yourself into a puppet but with feelings. that's the idea I got watching the whole speech. I hope it helped you even a little.
