It sounds like your father taught you to envision the result that he was believing God for. To believe that you receive when you pray. And to see things through the eyes of faith. And this is one of the reasons that I'm fighting back tears right now. Sometimes in the natural realm you can see the $3 in your account when you're believing for a certain amount. Or you can feel your heart thumping in your chest while you're believing for healing. It's not that what you see and feel isn't real. But the Word of God is even more real. So it's those Word's and promises that I have to hold on to during certain times.
