This level seems easy, but you have a lot to do and juggle here. One misstep and you will waste a lot of time.
Fortunately, you only need to serve about 8 dishes (at medium tip) to get 4 stars. The first five dishes are always fixed, so you can plan ahead.
You have several things to do, like acquiring ingredients, cutting ingredients, mixing ingredients, cooking them and also washing dishes. Based on my experience playing, washing dishes must always be done to ensure smooth flow of process. It's easy to forget washing the dishes as they pile up at the very right bottom side of the level, because your eyes tend to focus somewhere else where there's ingredients and cooking. If you forget though, you will definitely waste a lot of time.
As for baking cakes, remember that this process requires mixing bowl inside oven. If possible, serve the cakes as soon it is done (or at least plate it) because you need to mix more ingredients. Remember that pancakes and cakes require two steps of cooking, so when timer reaches 30 seconds mark, you should not bother with the next orders whose ingredients have not been mixed yet, as you won't have enough time to prepare them.
Overall, this level is doable, given that the gameplay is systematic. Make sure that the mixing bowls are constantly used (whether for mixing, or baking), indicating that you balanced the workload pretty well.
