I remember Wrecking Your Neck Live Cleve Agora theater 1995 BEST Metal show I had ever seen. They played a LONG LONG set it was just incredible how much energy Bobby had.

Saw Overkill perform with Anthrax and Megadeth in 2016 and they were fucking phenomenal. The sheer energy that Bobby brought onstage being the opening band was beyond amazing

I had the honor of opening for Overkill and hanging out with Bobby, D.D., Tim, Dave and Ron afterwards, drinking 3 cases of Miller Lite bottles from the back of my blazer 7 years ago. Those cats are super cool, funny, I cant say enough great things about them as people. Music wise, well, their music speaks for itself.

Love the band and the attitude! A true working mans thrash band, and Blitz must be one of the grittiest front men in metal. Saw them live in 2013, and it was one of the most fun shows I've attended. You have to have a big heart when you play for about 500 people at this point of your career, in the middle of the dark and freezing Finnish winter no less.

I’m by no means a giant Overkill fan as I’m only really familiar with 2 of their albums but I’ve always respected this band 100% for being so true and genuine to the genre and for their longevity. They are thrashing musical beasts and this interview proves how down to earth they are.

I seen Overkill, perform at the Masquerade, in Atlanta. He thanked the Lord, Jesus Christ, for saving his life and giving him health to perform amongst no telling how many atheist. Talk about balls. Godspeed, Bobby! Rock on!!

I believe the "witch" had some medical knowledge. while feeling his face and neck, she could most likley feel his left or right lymph glands right below his jaw. if they were swollen, she could tell something was wrong, weither it was a tooth infection or anything on his face or head; that's the gland or glands that will get overworked and swell. poor guy, I always dug the bass guitar heavy Overkill, they had a great mix of equal parts bass, guitar, drums and searing vokills!

Me too! I remember him saying something during the show and had no idea WTF he was talking about. When we left the fire trucks were all out on the street and they herded us to 8th ave. I remember thinking..."why all the cops we are just a bunch of old metal heads!".

Bobby used to ride MTA buses wearing arm spikes and wrist spikes. Total badass. I was 13 years old at the time. He used get off at the New Dorp stop. Where DD lived.
