It is a miracle to watch you "smoker chefs" squeeze the layer of rendered fat on EVERY brisket, and proceed to tell us how juicy it is! LMFAO

Over cooked. But, I’m sure it was still good. You can make Texas twinkies and sandwiches. A learning experience for sure.

Keeping with traditions of dry wood/open flame smoking meats, actually. This is the bbq way. I have a 400 lbs. smoker I made with iron, angle grinder, and a welder. I did it because it creates a better relationship with the finished product. "Set and forget" isn't the way and it's going to ruin this culture. Cut the cord is a thing in the bbq world, fyi.

@@S_M_360that's why I refuse to carry a firearm when I hunt. Even a bow and arrow is too advanced for me. Carrying a large stick connects me to nature. People hunting with projectiles is going to ruin this generation.

@@S_M_360you sound like a tool. Don't worry about what others are using. I have an offset, and a pellet grill. I use the pellet grill every weekend because I'm too busy to sit and babysit a fire box all day.
