The lights could be a bad or loose neutral wire in the distribution panel, but that doesn't explain why they were all in tandem on different floors no less. No matter how old or poor the wiring all the lights would have to be on one circuit, and even then with the sheer length of the corridors there would be a noticeable difference in flicker timing from one end to the other. Matt I would definitely suggest walking whilst only looking at your camera screen, because it is very obvious your eyes are photosensitive. This can lead to headaches, vertigo, nausea, and some are quite a bit more sensitive than others to it. You have all caught a fair amount of evidence. Nice catch Chlo on that still image. That's either a face in profile, or some sort of mist (to be honest it looks like a grossly distorted Gonzo from the Muppets). Matt these spirits really REALLY seem to like you. Perhaps a future as a paranormal investigator would be a good idea as they really seem to like to communicate through you. Oh also this seems to be an intelligent haunt, but not of the malevolent or demonic kind. Rather most of this activity seems to be playful and child-like teasing you rather than trying to scare or harm you.
