The light greatsword moveset is so buttery smooth and the way you can combo into heavy or light attacks from the wing stance just feels sooo good

Milady has changed my life. Ive always gone for dex weapons tho been curious about strengh weapons. Running a quality build with this weapon has been amazing.

this gives me the vibe of the op frost weapon you get early in DS3 and every new player uses it 🤣🤣 love it

If you do a heavy and light attack while double handing, it’s a combo. (RT & RB: Xbox; R1 & R2; PlayStation) Just continue hitting these two buttons and just swing away Yes I know the skill also combos but if you don’t have Wing-Stance, regular attacks still work as a combo too

It’s a great sword, my favorite overall so far. Running it much the same. FYI if you hold down your L2 while doing the light ash of war attacks, you can immediately roll into the heavy. I’ve found if I’ve got enough time for the flurry of swings, I’ve typically got time to finish with the big one

This is how I subverted rellana’s twin blade sucking, I just stacked mostly dex and faith for physical and the flame move. Use frost milady with wing stance till frostbite, two hand twin blade in off hand, reset frost with the fire move, go back to powerstancing. Works like a charm

im powerstancing this on my ng+ run and its crazy fun. the power stance combos are so good and ofc wingstance is beautiful

Milady with guard counter and wing stance is kind of busted. It does so much stance damage . Beat midra without even dodging. Just gaurd counter.

Great video, thanks, arrived 18 hours after I put together a Milady build :) I would say though the 2-second power-up on the Relana's Cameo talisman feels like forever in a boss fight 😆 I also wish you could move faster with it activated because unless you get your positioning spot on you can be short on your attacks.

I would add that you could also try having catch flame in your memory slot. Using fire when an enemy has frost applied on them removes the debuff and does %max hp damage similar to bleed so it’s nice to have that option.

To new players, dont kill Alexander before you finish his quest, the talisman he gives you is less effective.

I f***ing love this sword. The stance breaking is impressive. Running along side the Blas blade I melt enemies.

This is one of those weapons that are so cool and i want to use it, i'm just bad with it because it lacks the stagger i rely on with strength weapons, i'm going to use it anyway just for the style :P. And btw maybe i missed seeing it in the video, but just in case you didn't know, if you do the R1 of wing stance but hold the ash of war button you can combo the R2, and according to my testing, rellana's cameo applies to both inputs if you use it this way, try it if you haven't, it's really cool.

I was really trying to figure out what to do with this incredible sword and this video put it in perspective, thank you! I never did a frost build so this should be cool, no pun intended 😅 As a side note, I had to pause the video 3 mins in just to comment that you have an incredible voice for videos man lol.

Actually... i'm using the Wing Stance Milady as an imbue weapon, making it keen and then buffing it with either electrical, holy or whatever fits the occasion. Electricity last for ages, and very few enemies seem resistant to it, that's my general first choice buff, with holy being the goto option for those who walk in death. I've had it imbued with frostbite as well, either trough mist or frost blade, and both work fine. I only wish there was a pure fire sorcery or incantation buff. Alas, looks like i will have to ass blood flame to the list of spells.

I'm using Milady with Keen affinity and Sacred Blade/Electrify armament (80 DEX / 36 FTH). I just love this weapon!

Adding on the ice stomp ash of war along with the frost buildup easily makes it my favorite weapon of the DLC so far.

No disrespect to the wing stance but im enjoying this weapon more with a shield just block countering and stance breaking over n over. Its so satisfying

This video was very inspiring and quite frankly, game changing! I’m playing a sword and board paladin. It’s hard to feel like a paladin without holy damage and healing magic but I was determined to try out the cold affinity from your guide… My solution was to switch to the Golden Order seal and add the single discus spell and some healing spells. I took advantage of the C-level INT scaling and got Milady to 590 AP at level 151, not too far behind you! Thanks for your work.

Rellana twinblade is a hard stat to balance but will wait for the video on it

Using heavy milady with Deflect tear and stonebarb tear. Talismans are Curved sword, two handed, rotten winged sword and shard of Alexander. Using the new deflect mechanic to destroy bosses be gaurd counters

Im using milady with sacred blade on a dex faith hybrid. Got a mix of well rounded spells and respectable damage with added sacred blade buff

I've been pairing this one with the moonlight greatsword & the carian glinstone staff. It wipes out enemies with ease. I hope it keeps up during my 2nd DLC playthrough, though, Lol.

It nearly perfectly compliments the smooth hit boxes of the game

I play mylady with similar stats as you and also on Frost (blood is just boringly too strong), but I play her with Piercing Fang. This light sword category was definitely missing in ER, it's so much fun to play with, for me the best weapon in the DLC and also in the entire game

Used the rellana plus alexander shard talismans with the cold milady at +25 online and I gotta say the damage is crazy

ive been dual wielding milady, and then also having the falx equipped as another status option. Pretty nice. The milady r2 is followed by the L1 the same was as its followed by the r1

I use the lighting buff you get from the dragon to deal more damage and have a little more protection too. Another good one is blood flame blade incantation

I use this weapon but I also duel wield with rellanas twin blades so I can get bleed fire damage when attacking and I can easily switch to the blades to do the fire attack.

I would encourage players to get the prosthesis & pair with the wing sword insignia for a first playthrough

I find Rallana's Cameo to be too slow for a lot of bosses :(

After about 3 hours of attempting Consort Radahn, I decided to give this build a try and it helped me finally beat him, not to mention the build being fun to use. Both a well made build and video :)

id also recommend using it with the Standard / Pierce instead Cold / Pierce that way you can then use any and all incantations to imbue the sword with whichever element you need

Frost is great in all but you need you int so to use the ice arment sorcery so you can look like a Jedi while doing loads of damage. 2nd point I use the wing stance with a blood infinity and blood flame blade so I can be DARTH VADER

So, you are sacrificing the magic damage from the frost infusion, by not leveling int? Why? I'm aware that Int doesn't change the frost build-up at all, but it does increase the magic damage from the cold infusion. Int also scales higher than Str when cold infused on this weapon. Am I missing something?

I’m using fire knights greatsword. Mixed with the ash of war from the sword lance (bleed proc) against radhan, beat him first try (with that set up lol). And miquellas great rune equipped

Gonna use this vid as a base but I think I’ll probably do more for the magic damage maybe use chilling mist for even more frost (also gonna have a flame infused dagger just so I can reset frostbite)

So far I’m doing a similar thing with the cold Milady but my talismans are more to give me more health and the godskin baby thing talisman and more fp cause I’m using it with my mage/faith build. My last talisman I change to fit what I need. However I am prolly gonna have to do something about my build cause I only have 50 vigor :/ Oh I also have rellana’s twin blades so I can inflict fire damage and reproc frost. Also sword of knight and flame for the pesky fire golem things

What is the armor and seal you’re using ?

I've been a strength player since DS1, always ended up doing a Guts build or something adjacent to it. In ER I went strength/faith, but Milady has finally convinced me to respec and try a dex/faith build using MiIlady and Flame Spear. I'm almost lvl 200 and I'm putting out pretty decent damage with my talismans and buffs. I'll have to try the flame skewer once I have it. Might try this build as well, but I've been having a blast with mine, plus it uses my fav affinity.

Its a good build for early playthroughs such as ng+0 but it really falls off on ng+7 due to extreme flat defense scalling of enemies (must rely on dmg buffs even with 20x blessing)

I killed alexander in my first playthrough. Is it worth doing his story line. Like is it a better version? Gonna do a new game anyway for milicents prosthesis. Got the rotten wing first playthrough

How did he add the frost affinity? I only have fire, blood and poison show up

blood is only .5% stronger than frost against bosses, which is pretty much the only thing it really matters on and frost causes them to take 20% more damage during the time it's up. it's much better than blood if you're even slightly built for it. even a full arcane blood build is barely better in proc 115 (80 arc) vs 105 for frost at +25/+10

Then for talismans i have Shard of A, Fire Scorpian Charm, Rellanas Cameo and two headed turtle. Wonderous flask i have flame cracked tear and windy crystal tear. With heavy wing stance move i do about 3400 gove or take
