Overvolting toys! #7

I put higher voltage on more toys primarily using a 0-30V bench power supply. But some toys required even more voltage to die! Used a Variac with a full bridge rectifier (input 230V) when I needed more than 30V.

The sound was unfortunately broken on the minion when I got it... No audio glitches in this batch, I hope I get some "better" toys next time, enjoy some sparks and magic smoke instead :)

sometime overvolt a gemmy grave raver lol, maybe for halloween, but they run over 200 dollars most times. is there any way you can buy more expensive/rarer toys? i just wanna upset kids who try to get them lol

@@MelNobodyGrave raver seems cool, but I can't find a single listing in sweden/EU. Importing from the US would add a lot of costs on top of an already expensive toy. Sure I can do more expensive toys, but then I want to be sure it'll be good. More expensive generally means more electronic controls that fries early
