Dang, Blizzard really nailed these skins! I love the space opera-aesthetic! I honestly love all of them.

Echo's skin appears to be drawing from the robot in Metropolis. The wings even have a kind of art deco look with the gold/silver patterns.

Several skins missed, There is a Torb skin with red spiky hair, A black haired LifeWeaver with white dress pants, There was a ramattra skin in the trailer but I think it was only epic. Would also like to see a better look at the Symmetra event skin. It looks like a legendary but with how good mercy’s epic skin ended up it could also be another great epic skin.

11:43 - I really love Echo's new skin. Reminds me of the 1920s German silent science fiction film Metropolis (the robot looks very similar to Echo's space opera skin). 🤖

I like the mythic skins, I just wish there were a few more customization options available. ;-;

That Echo skin is pretty cool. Definitely inspired by Maria from Metropolis.

Heres an explanation for Sigma's mythics First Helm: Military Cap going for a Captain or Space Admiral look. Second helm: A more religious look if you know Warhammer 30K and 40K it looks very similar to the emperor head wear. Third helm: A more crown like and King like design. 1st recolor: the Gold and purple making it look more Royal and imperial as well. 2nd Recolor: Definately goes for a space religion colors. Alot of sci fi that does religious factions goes for a white clean color. 3rd: Military colors a more modern military look.

Mercy’s gives me EXTREME Visas Marr energy, and dooms skin is actually pretty cool as well.

Sigma skin looks cool, but Blizz better have a banger of a mythic for sojourn queued up soon.

if you wanna know what the skin with the mask is pronounced. it's pee-tah-kohn. there's probably some tones with it, but I don't know what they are. Anyways, Phi Ta Khon is essentially a ghost festival where people dress up in traditional clothes and either make masks or buy them. There is more to the festival which you can probably just look up online, but that's a general gist of it

That Echo skin is so blatantly a C-3PO skin that i’m surprised you didn’t mention it. It’s especially cool because the name of the skin is 3CH-O which is just a slightly altered version of C-3PO’s name. So cool

Absolutely agree that the art style of this game is so top tier. I loved Sigmas skin and am a huge fan of Brigitte's, Echo's, and Mercy's skins. I don't play this game enough to enjoy the visuals but it would be cool to work with them one day to one day help with said visuals 😊 Haha a girl can dream!

That roadhog and junkrat skin honestly could work for every hero. Like an omnic verison, similar to what TF2 did for Mann VS Machine.

It does feel like a lot of these skins were inspired by WarHammer 40k. The default configuration of Sigma's mythic skin reminds me a lot of an inquisitor.
