17:50 Major EU teams enter OWCS
OWCS is in full motion and some of the teams being formed are very interesting. Today, ATP guides you on the OWCS Korea sign-up deadline and who ended up forming a significant roster. There's also a few big-time EU teams to definitely be on the look out for. Many of these rosters could be major contenders.

Remember it was Exoblivione who won the last tournament in 2023 - the Flash Ops series with Skairipa, Hadi, Kevster, Shockwave, Seicoe and Funny Astro - these guys are now split on 4 different teams

2:12 i would definitely argue that leejaegon is one of the best players on his position, yes he can feed sometimes but he hard carries on main support too and he's back to back grandfinals champion

I'll be interested to see how Lip does. I'm not convinced about him on anyone other than Sombra and with the Sombra rework I wonder how he'll do on her. So yeah I wonder how he'll do. Only other thing I want to know though is if there is somewhere we can go to see the teams of this "league". I was an Outlaw fan and want to support another Houston team but I don't know what teams there are....

"Expectation won't be them going to a championship or anything..." shows how out of touch our author is. Expectation of this team is 100% to win it all. That's their main target for sure. And why wouldn't it? OWLsparycheck is basically upgraded Team Finland. You know, the team who beat the best of South-Korea. Main difference being that now they are having Kai and Kevster to support Sauna and more importantly they have the best EMEA flex support in Ghost. Pretty tough team to beat if you ask me.

I actually disagree with the FTG take. I think their team has the potential to finish second. Other than chiyo and fielder, I think finn and viol2t will be the second best backline. I know that shu and chorong exists but finn did not have a good main support like he did when viol2t played. Finn was a top 3 flex support in 2022 but with good help, that team is gonna go so far

Dude, you just can't say FiNN and Viol2t are the 2nd best backline. Shu is LEAGUES above FiNN, even at his peak, and Ch0r0ng is just a better main support than Viol2t. In a double flex support meta, they could be better but in a lucio meta, Shu and Ch0r0ng are just a tier above

Finn was front runner for ROTY before the first tournament and then he played really solid the entire rest of the season. shu i can agree with, but finn is a better zen and moira and he has a really good ana. viol2t was literally the second or third best main support in the league last season plus he can play flex support at such a high level still. it is meta dependent, but shu and chorong don't have the flexibility
