See but the thing is, whenever I have to get physical with one of my female friends(they know they aren't allowed to speak to or text and other guys while I'm around) it is never a problem. You have to limit the extent of the rape and/or beating you use to discipline female friends or your gf. Just don't hit to hard(as you know girls are much more fragile than guys so little force is required) and really they are so emotional that even a slap that barely makes a sound is enough to make them start crying. And when you rape it is best for it to be oral or anal. Sodomy has been shown to make women much more submissive than vaginal rape. I would suggest anal for 2 reasons. 1. there is a chance she will bite(though all of my female friends have a weirdly strong attachment to me for some reason so I dont think this will be an issue for me) 2.
