That's the scam!! You have to pay the powerful person in order to register the land in your name...because he started the registration process before you. That happened to me in Bortianor..After buying the land and only to find out that someone else registered the whole area...The only way to find out is by starting the registration process. You will lose the land if you don't pay the man. They have done this all over Accra.

The whole system is not fit for purpose. It's shocking how some Ghanaians are corrupt to the core. How can the same person append two of the same land belonging to two different ppl?

@@everymanisyourteacher9951 It so sad because land owners and chiefs participate in it. They act ignorant but they know what the are doing. You buy the land and have to pay a digging fee, pay for libations etc. They make it so hard to register the land. I have a lot of land but if I wasn't diligent...I would have given up. They lie so much and there is a church in every corner. Get land but please proceed with caution.

@@pg462Hmmmm there's a Churches and Mosques every corner. You're very right and correct 💯 percent. Most Africans always calling God name every seconds whereas their heart is trillion miles away from God. I don't trust people base on religion ☯️ ☯️. If you trust people base on religion you'll be disappointed. Look Nigeria even worse than Ghana. Corruption and stealing will never stop in Africa. Because majority of people in Africa don't have the ability to make money or to earn money legally. Because they still refused to develop themselves. Majority of them believe that God will send money from heaven to them. Tell me the technology that are currently available in Africa that Africa can sell to the world? Even the resources they have abundance in Africa. Africa people cannot turn those resources into a product. No add value. No matter what they won't change for better. It has be like that for thousands of years back
