This is great for mtf trans people because grain-based noodles have more carbs, which increases the risk of diabetes and heart disease. So I’m just gonna enjoy the foods I’ve always enjoyed, but replacing the ingredients with veggies, leafy greens, nuts, etc. Btw, zucchini and yellow squash would be extra great when sprinkled with sesame seeds, avocado, shallots, red peppers, and an egg or small piece of baked chicken.
