You actually have such a gift when it comes to explaining these types of topics. Make very hard subjects and topics simple for understanding by anyone. I was not sure why the graph did what it did, now I have a complete understanding of it all. Another cool aspect is the fact that you didn’t mention P50, but after watching this video I have a clear understanding of why low P50 means higher affinity, and also why myoglobin is storage rather than delivery.

If you have ever looked up Dr. Mike, DO on KZfaq I feel he and Dr. Kopot, MD talk with a very similar cadence and intonation. A quick glance at their bios shows they both grew up in Brooklyn which makes sense.
