Korean spas are open 24 hours and have quiet rooms. Folks have been known to spend their layovers in there catching a nap (1 day pass is cheaper than hotel room).

Yes.... First of all. .. U dont need to wait .. Ur time is saved... 2nd the bathroom lockers are clean asf. Good smell .. No fucking loud music but ur own ipad.. Basically focus... And food restaurant u dont need to wait for anabolic body to produce u can consume right away ... No girls no hidden boners.. Just focus ... Like those thinga

I'd rather train at Bradley's gym. This is a HUGE comercial gym. No competition plates, no deadlift bars, no monolifts, no deadlift platforms. It's for bodybuilding but not hardcore. Remember, the GOAT is still Ronnie and he trained his whole life at Metroflex Arlington, TX. A super small old school gym with awesome environment. No need for fancy shit. In metroflex only beasts train there, this gym however is full of dyel guys

When I was working in Kuwait, I used Oxygen as it's a 24hr gym. Very friendly gym, always getting cleaned, biggest guys in the world train there with no ego...unlike most bodybuilding gyms here in UK with the usual dickheads!

badr boodai did not build this gym to make money matter of fact he is probably loosing money in order to keep this gym open and clean. he did it for his love for bodybuilding and to creat a great atmosphere to train for bodybuilders. he has other several buisnisses where he makes real money.

Very impressive gym. Certainly would love to have access to something like that. Although, it is a bit excessive and even with all that equipment that doesn't guarentee results. I'm happy with my $10 a month gym with one of every machine, all the essentials without the glamor works too.

There are gyms for females here. Although they arent near as well as equiped as oxygen, platinum etc. Also womens gyms are a ton more expensive (apart from one)
