My family does this thing where they take stove top chicken stuff an mix oysters in with it an bake for ten minutes .an make a turkey giblets an gravy to put on top it's really good

Something that might help is putting the bacon on either Saran Wrap or parchment paper to help you roll them. The reversed seered roast looked perfect. As did the turkey roll. Awesome looking meal. Hey Ian, thanks for another awesome video. We love your channel. This year we had wild caught seafood for Christmas dinner too. We had grilled oysters on the half shell, smoked oysters, shrimp skewers, veggies kabobs, and jalapeño poppers. Wonderful Christmas dinner.

I really enjoyed the video and the concept of an "all wild game" dinner, here are a couple of tips for anyone gathering wild oysters, ALWAYS wear gloves, these oyster bars have nasty diseases that haven't even been named yet, avoid getting cuts on your hands or anywhere else, also if you are going to leave the oysters on ice over night, leave the plug OUT of the cooler and let it drip.
