To reduce hair fall, have a balanced diet rich in protein. Use a gentle shampoo for your scalp. I changed my shampoo, hair conditioner and hair oil to littellextra coco onioon one year ago, and it has reduced my hair fall.

Yes bro i had severe hair fall problem and it was so depressing ye vitamin work krta hai but iska effect 2 months le baad hi dikhega, turant hair fall stop nhi hoga
