Man I saw them in upstate New York in either 1999 or 2000. They were the opening act for Carlos Santana. What a great time. Their music is so joyful! And then ... when I was watching one of the episodes of the X-Files, one of the characters had on one of their t-shirts Ozo! Great music...Even a gringo like me appreciates their music.

Ozomatli is soooooo amazing. Love them. I can't believe I still haven't seen them live. I'm dumb.

these guys are so good live, honestly never heard of them until I was at Austin City Limits, and it was only because I was standing in line to go to the restroom. Stayed and watched the whole thing, so good.

I've seen Ozomatli every year since 2008. They come to DC every year. I love them and have done the congo line with them every time. :) This year they will be in DC in May and it will probably be the first year that I will not be able to go see them. Hopefully my schedule will allow me to see them again. I try to never miss them.

Heard about Ozomatli from and "Anglo" what? in 1995 next I went to one of their concert in Maryland where they opened for Santana and I was hooked. Took my 2 years old son to see them at the Kennedy center in Washington DC and also a New years event in Baltimore He loved it. I will be going to their "La Cosecha" calle latina at DC's New market and well looking forward to get it ON.
