I've never seen as good "energy bleed-outs" as yours. Mind explaining how you do it?

Thanks mate, yes I always focus on taking the glider into a turn to bleed energy out. When I’m exiting a spiral or a maneuver I use weight shift and reduce brake to come out of the turn and as soon as I start coming out I reapply gentle weight shift and brake in the same direction. It eliminates the shooting or the pitching of the glider. I would say focus on weight shift. You want to be nice and coordinated into the turn otherwise you’ll get a surge or a tip tuck. Hope this helps
