Thought I'd post a video showing how the Oztrail Easy Fold Stretcher Shelter works. When I was looking at these I could only find one other video review and that was pretty crap with very little info on what it was like to set up and pack up.
Hope this helps others to decide if this is right for them.

Cheers for doing that mate. I bought mine a few months ago. There was literally only 1 short video about it. I’ve found it quite good but rain water does get in. Fly separation isn’t great so maybe that’s why. I generally put it under my Ute awning anyway so it’s no problem.

That's what I was afraid of when I saw how the fly touched the inner above the door. I think hanging something on the inner to pull it down a bit should help that issue. Sorry for the lame video though!

I haven't tried it in cold weather yet. High Country trip in May should test it out. I'd say you'd need an insulating mattress as you are up off the ground.

OK, happy to report that it was great in the recent high country trip. Temperature dropped to just above 0*C so not that cold anyhow but I was toasty and warm. I had a 7cm thick self-inflating mattress beneath me so it was all good. We also encountered some rain and I stayed nice and dry though I was partially sheltered under an edge of an awning.

I think the specs say 1000mm. I use an 800mm wide self inflating mattress and it is a perfect fit, not tight, just right!

Cheers, just bought one before, 900 self inflating mattress just fits inside but I’m going use my 770 wide because feel softer and it’s longer I’ll see how it goes this weekend , I might get a spreader pole or something to hold up the fly up between the top ridge and reduce the flex in those extendable poles
