I absolutely love Randy Rhoads. It's just a shame that Lee Kerslake and Bob Daisley don't get enough credit for their beautiful work on Blizzard of Oz and Diary of a Madman's albums. Lee's drumming just in the intro to Over the mountain is enough to blow you away. Not to mention the awesome bass on this song from Bob. R.i.p. Randy and Lee.

@@Dave_Wight_The_Rock_Oracle The story from the Osbourne camp is that Lee and Bob wanted credit as full band members, but they were hired session men and paid as part of the live band. That was the deal. And they also got royalties, so it isnt like they got nothing. They got taken off the record because they tied the osbournes up on court for decades. Was that spiteful on Sharon and Ozzy's part? Yes, and I bet they'd admit it now. They also said that Bob and Lee were always plotting and talking shit. Thats poison in a band. I'm not saying their gripe was 100% nonsense, but the "Evil Sharon, Poor Bob and Lee" narrative is not the whole story.

This song is a masterpiece. You can hear the emotion in ozzys voice, randys guitar work is supreme but nobody talks about that bass hook and if lee kerslake's drums were turned up you would think he was keith moon or a young bill ward

Now I'm back on the street again It never rains unless it pours Try to get back on my feet again I hear the raging thunder as it roars Tonight, tonight is it just a rhapsody Or am I right Tonight, tonight is it all a mystery I just can't fight no more I hear the questions surface in my mind Of my mistakes that I have made Times and places I have left behind And am I ever going to make the grade Tonight, tonight is it just a rhapsody Or am I right Tonight, tonight is it all a mystery I just can't fight no more As I beat my head against the wall Running 'round in circles in vain I'm feeling three feet tall You don't understand I'm fading away, yeah Don't want your pity or your sympathy It isn't gonna prove a thing to me Good intentions pave the way to hell Don't you worry when you hear me sing Tonight, tonight is it just a rhapsody Or am I right Tonight, tonight is it all a mystery I just can't fight no more
