Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
1 tablespoon honey (optional)
A few ice cubes
Instructions:
Place the chopped mango, yogurt, milk, and honey (if using) into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add ice cubes and blend again until smooth and frothy.
