Cashew nuts - 25 gms
raisins - 25 gms
Big onion- 1 nos
Salt ( 1 pinch)
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Chicken - 1 1/4 Kg
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp + 1/4 tsp + 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tbs + 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 + 3 tsp
Garlic - 8 Flakes + 1 tbs
ginger - 1 tbs + 1 tbs
Coconut oil - 2 1/2 tbs
Curry Leaves
Small onion - 1 Cup
Big onion - 2 Medium
Garam Masala powder - 3/4 tsp
chillie flakes - 1 tbs
Coconut oil - 1 tbs
Coconut milk - 1 1/2 Cup (total)
