Puri bhaji
Ingredients
1. Potato cubes - 3 to 4 nos ( ½ kg)
2. Big onion - 3 to 5 nos ( ¼ kg )
3. Green chilli slit - 5 to 8
4. Chopped ginger - ½ “ piece
5. Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
6. Salt - to taste
Seasoning
7. Ghee/ oil - 2 tbsp
8. Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
9. Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
10. Red chilli - 2 to 3
11. Curry leaves - 2 to 3 twigs
Garnish
12. Coriander leaves - 2 to 3 tbsp
13. Cumin powder - 2 to 3 tsp
Preparation
1. Heat the ghee / oil & season with the ingredients, sauté ginger & green chilli, followed by onion & potato.
2. Boil adding salt & turmeric powder till well done.
3. Add a little more water, boil, garnish with the ingredients. Serve when required.

കുറെ സമയം പഴയ കാലത്തേക്ക് കൂട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടുപോയി . ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ കാലവും നല്ലതാണ്. പക്ഷെ പഴയ കാലം ഊഷ്മളതയുള്ള ഒരു ഓർമ്മയാണ് . ബോറടിക്കാതെ കഥകളിലൂടെ ഒരു presentation. Awesome.

ടീച്ചർ പറഞ്ഞതു വളരെ ശരിയാണ്. പാചകം ചെയ്യുന്നതിലും വിളമ്പുന്നതിലും കഴിക്കുന്നതിലുമെല്ലാം എന്തെല്ലാം മാറ്റങ്ങൾ വന്നു. പണിയെല്ലാം എളുപ്പമായെങ്കിലും അന്ന് രുചി അല്പം കൂടുതലായിരുന്നു.

ടീച്ചറുടെ അവതരണവും റെസിപ്പിയും പതിവു പോലെ ഗംഭീരം👍 ഒരു സംശയം ചോദിച്ചോട്ടെ......... ടീച്ചറുടെ അടുക്കളയിൽ cupboard -ൽ കാണുന്ന നീലയും മഞ്ഞയും നിറത്തിലുള്ള 'gloves' - അതെവിടുന്നാണ് വാങ്ങാൻ കിട്ടുക? പറഞ്ഞു തരുമോ ?
