Wow, I have 07 Impala with 3.9L v6. Same exact problem. Was running poorly intermittently then I replaced throttle body with Spectra Premium brand and afterwards car was at 2400 rpm idle, took that one back, got another new part, same brand, 2nd part running 2900 rpm. Thought I was crazy till I saw this video. Going to get AC Delco part today. I tried the relearn procedure of disconnect battery, let car idle 3 min. Off 60 seconds than idle 3 mins more, didn't work. Tried several times.

Check to see what the voltages are on the TPS should be around .6 V at idle.

I have the same problem with Chevy Impala 2012, I already changed the body trotlhe, it's still the same.

Check the volts on TPS 1, it should be around .60 V

Can a trottle body be reset cause im sitting with the same problem with trottle body car rev it self and it moves without acceleration wat might be the problem

No. It is set from factory.
