I would have lost my mind if not this video. I disassembled it three times trying to find a clog. This sensor is what was my main issue and thanks to you I was able to fix it.

I have the same problem and the service of bambulab tells me it is a problem caused by misalignment which is my fault... to me it seems the Filament sensor and the extruder ate not well constructed so that the Filament has 2 make a small curve which leads to the rubbing on the wall of the Sensor

I actually just had to rip my extruder apart last night... Filament being retracted for frayed and split somehow, and jammed up in the exit hole to the extruder leading into the nozzle head
